| So, I will continue with the treadmill and stationary bike for old n fat my cardio work. Next weekend I will sit down and evaluate where I am in relation to my plan and make the necessary adjustments. Continuous improvement is slowly becoming a way of life, a way to improve my health over time old n fat without killing myself up front. I have old n fat conquered my cravings for carbonated sodas and fast food. I know I'm on my way to conquering my cravings for simple carbs. After that, I would like to maybe try some new (for me) foods. I have never been much of a fish or veggie eater. Actually, I hate them both. But if anyone can point me in the direction of some recipes that might help disguise the taste enough for me to overcome my hatred, I'd appreciate it.
