I have done pretty well keeping simple carbs out of the diet after 6 p.m. Because I'm trying to not have them in the house to tempt me, I"ve actually cut them down in the rest of my meals. fat chick Next up is cutting simple carbs after 3 pm. That will require more than just making sure I eat dinner early; I will have to make real dietary changes to fat chick my fat chick dinners. Probably the first real challenge, diet-wise. I have not been swimming yet. The pool is still cold, and honestly, I am still apprehensive about swimming when I look the way I do. I know I shouldn't care and just do it, but I also have to face the reality that I'm more likely to be consistent if I'm doing something I'm comfortable with. |

| -8.5 5/2/2005 325 -2.5 -11 Bad mojo to weigh-in so soon. But, it all turned out ok, so I'm posting it. If it's just a temporary daily thing related to water loss, that will show up at my next weigh-in. Confession old n fat movie time: I had a Snicker's bar after lunch today. Blah. Couldn't overcome the craving. Had an excellent dinner, though - chicken breast and lettuce with a garlic ranch dressing. Just gotta be extra good when I do things like that, gotta old n fat movie make old n fat movie up for them. Good workout today. Spent time on the treadmill and continued my core strengthening workout, sticking with light weights and high reps. I had that good, tired and sore feeling afterward. I needed it.
