While the author's bbw single large and rapid weight loss, using sensible food choices and exercise, is inspirational, he spends too much of the book simply parroting his favorite self help gurus - verbatim. If you're familiar with the work of Anthony Robbins in particular, you will find this distracting. I tossed the book aside in disgust after the first few chapters but eventually came back to it. There bbw single are some honest moments where he seems to actually write in his own voice about the physical and psychological anguish of bbw single obesity.
