ABC News has a brief article on Berman, and the Washington Post has tips a more complete one. Berman is firmly in the "fat as disease" camp, but he also believes tips that fat people will remain fat even if they choose to exercise and eat "right". It's taken him a long time to get to this point. Two particular snippets from the WaPo article stood out: [At school], as he stood in the open showers, a boy next to him grabbed his chest, saying he wanted to know what it felt like to touch a girl's breast. |
