Every time you pick up a magazine there is always a "Thin' model on the cover. You don't know how many times I have went home and felt inadequate about how I look. I recently just started back to the gym and plumpers I started to eat more healthy. Last week I bought a pair of jeans, and I got them home and they didn't fit. My first response was to return them to the store immediately. Then I got good and angry,and I told myself, that there is no way that plumpers I am taking them plumpers back! I am going to fit into these jeans if it is the last thing that I do. I go tho the gym faithfully, five days a week. It is a life long commitment I made to myself, and the weight didn't happen over night, and it isn't going to come off over night either. The first thing I knew I had to want it bad enough to do something about it, and secondly, I had to change the way I think.
