| There has journalists been a significant change in my understanding of how the human body works and I am making great strides in being, looking and feeling healthier, and I have made a few good friends along the way. I want to thank journalists Eric, Alysia and Steve for their support, friendship and overwhelming zeal for getting me healthy. They are maniacs about fitness. This last weekend was a great one because I spent it with my family and we had a great time. More fun that we have had in quite a while and it went journalists a long way to reinvigorating me and my motivation to be a better man than I had become. I sat with my children and we talked at length about the changes that we have gone through during this journey and then about what we were going to be doing next. My daughter is very excited about the changes in her Dad but she wants me to be finished with this walk and back home. |
